He fights with firearms and uses Magnugiga's power to deploy various heavy weapons like bazookas and shoulder cannons. His finishing move is "End of World," where he fires all of Magnugiga's weaponry at once.

He was held in the Kanto Detention Center for attacking others simply because he was "irritated." Impulsive, violent, and surprisingly sharp-witted. He has lived like a stray dog since losing his parents in a fire at age 13. His finishing move is "Veno Crash," where he delivers a series of kicks while alternating his legs, backed by the venomous liquid spat out by Venosnaker.

Skilled at fortune-telling using coins, his catchphrase is "My predictions always come true." His fortunes are accurate to the point of being true precognition. He can copy enemy weapons. His finishing move is "Hide Venom," where he rides on the back of the flying Evildiver and charges into the enemy.

Age: 28 Transforms into Kamen Rider Scissors. Contract Monster: Volcancer. Wish: To cover up his crimes and protect his status as a detective. Despite being a detective at the Kotake Station, he holds the dangerous philosophy that anyone in his way should simply be eliminated. He had Volcancer attack civilians to make it stronger. His finishing move is the "Scissors Attack," where he curls his body and strikes while spinning.

Age: 21 Transforms into Kamen Rider Gai. Contract Monster: Metalgelas. Wish: To satisfy his own desires. A second-year student in the Faculty of Economics at Meirin University and a member of the online gaming club "Matrix." He is adept at manipulating human psychology and developed his own combat game applying those theories. He has very high defense. His finishing move is "Heavy Pressure," where he rides Metalgelas to charge and impale the enemy.
