By attaching the Zezts Driver to his chest and inserting and rotating a 'Capsem'—an item that grants dreams—he transforms into Kamen Rider Zezts.

The form Baku Yorozu takes using the Zezts Driver and the Impact Capsem. He utilizes enhanced physical abilities and high reflexes to dominate the battlefield, cornering Nightmares with powerful melee attacks. His finishing kick, which maximizes the Impact Capsem's unique power, transmits a massive shockwave upon contact, causing the target to collapse from the inside. In addition to the Impact Capsem, he can use various other capsules to change forms and adapt to different combat situations.

He is earnest, stoic, and awkward, but possesses a strong resolve and sense of justice. He is occasionally scolded for failing to keep his superiors informed. By attaching the Nox Driver to his chest and setting the split Midnight Shadow Capsem into it for a full rotation, he transforms into Kamen Rider Nox.

The form Kotaka takes using the Nox Driver and the Midnight Shadow Capsem. He possesses the 'Power of Eternal Darkness' capable of dragging even powerful Nightmares into the abyss. He pushes the user's lucid dreaming abilities and physical body to their absolute limits, manifesting superhuman strength.

He has a detached and free-spirited personality, often appearing uninvited with a casual "Did someone call?" By setting a Punish Capsem into the sword known as Breakam Dawn and separating the blade, he transforms into Kamen Rider Dawn.

The form Sieg takes using the Breakam Dawn and the Punish Capsem. In addition to the powerful slashes unleashed from the Breakam Dawn, he excels in reaction speed and mobility. Furthermore, by setting various Capsems into the special device in the center of his chest, he can utilize their unique abilities.
