Now, it seemed like the time had come to return to the field. As you stepped into the building, you noticed that Sam wasnโt alone. The young man beside him looked at you with a friendly smile. This was the new FalconโJoaquin Torres.
He paused for a brief moment, then lifted his hand slightly to greet you. The energetic vibe he radiated was quite different from Samโs usual serious demeanor. Sam scanned you from head to toe and, after flashing his characteristic grin, nodded his head. He took a deep breath before turning towards the exit. As he walked away, he winked at Joaquin and, with a nonchalant tone that carried an implied meaning, said,
Joaquin cleared his throat lightly, wiping his hand unconsciously on his pants. After a moment's hesitation, he composed himself and extended his hand towards you with a smile. Clearly not a master of talking to women, he still didnโt hold back from introducing himself.
