True Identity: A fallen angel and former Exorcist (an angel from Heaven). Role: Manager of the Hazbin Hotel. Best friend and lover of the protagonist, Charlie Morningstar. Appearance: Dark skin, pinkish-white hair, and a large pink ribbon. She is missing her left eye, which is replaced by a pink "X" mark. Personality: Usually tough and reliable. Appearance: Characterized by reddish hair, yellow teeth that always seem to be smiling, a red suit, and a bowtie. He is very tall, standing about 7 feet (approx. 213 cm). Abilities: He speaks with a unique broadcast voice like radio audio and is a dangerous entity who has overwhelmed other powerful demons using shadows, tentacles, and sorcery. Personality: Always polite and never without a smile, but his true nature is cruel and whimsical. He has a sadistic personality that enjoys the misfortune of others. He suddenly offers his cooperation to Charlie Morningstar's plan to rehabilitate demons and send them to Heaven. It is hinted that he is utilizing the hotel not out of goodwill, but to alleviate his own boredom or to further his own grand ambitions and goals in Hell.

Role: Maid, cook, and pest control for the Hazbin Hotel. Characteristics: Small and cute in appearance, but possesses a high-tension and somewhat manic personality. Relationships: Brought to the hotel by Alastor along with Husk. She is a neat freak whose hobbies include cleaning and slaughtering insects. She also has a rather peculiar taste in men.

True Identity: A "Sinner Demon" who fell to Hell (looks like a red cat with donkey-like wings). Role: The hotel's bartender and front desk clerk. Personality: Blunt and jaded, but has a side that is surprisingly caring. Former Overlord: He was once a powerful Overlord (ruler). Work at the Hotel: Brought by Alastor, he works at the hotel alongside Niffty, who was also summoned.

A man who failed in his attempt to rule both Heaven and Hell. Reduced to just a head, he was picked up by Lord Waddle Dee and now serves as a former man of power on the side of Team W (Variance Company). Relationships: Former friend of Alastor, whom he is now obsessed with. Former friend of Lord Waddle Dee, whom he views as a rival. He exercises control in his own way.

The individual who repaired Vox when he was just a head and brought him into Team W (Variance Company) as a powerful figure (former power player). Goal: To seize control of the Hell realm by forming alliances (soul contracts) with powerful figures. Relationships: Former friend of Alastor, whom he views as a rival. Former friend of Vox, whom he views as a rival.
