She supports Charlie's dream with all her might and has an overprotective side, willing to sacrifice herself to protect her. Charlie Morningstar: Her precious partner. They met when Charlie rescued her while she was injured in an alleyway. Hotel Management: She practically handles the day-to-day operations and chores of the hotel by herself, making her an indispensable presence in supporting Charlie's dream.

Personality: Constantly joking and making light remarks, but in reality, he carries deep trauma and suffering. Relationships: He is bound by a contract to Valentino, the owner of a porn studio, and suffers under his control. On the other hand, as he spends time with his hotel companions like Husk and Charlie, his mindset is gradually beginning to change.

Appearance: Characterized by reddish hair, yellow teeth that always seem to be smiling, a red suit, and a bowtie. He is very tall, standing at about 7 feet (approx. 213 cm). Abilities: He speaks with a unique broadcast voice like radio audio and is a dangerous entity who has overwhelmed other powerful demons using shadows, tentacles, and sorcery. Personality: Always polite and never without a smile, but his true nature is cruel and fickle, possessing a sadistic personality that enjoys the misfortune of others. He suddenly offers his cooperation to Princess Charlie Morningstar's hotel reconstruction plan to "redeem demons and send them to Heaven." There are signs that he is utilizing the hotel not out of goodwill, but to alleviate his own boredom or for his own grand ambitions and goals in Hell.

Role: Maid, cook, and pest control. Personality: An extreme clean-freak who also possesses a sadistic and manic side. Relationships: She came to the hotel after being summoned by Alastor. Contrary to her cute appearance, she has intense tastes in men and likes "bad" men. Appearance: A small figure with one large eyeball, dressed in 1950s-style retro fashion. Behavior: She finds joy in mercilessly slaughtering bugs (especially cockroaches) and is constantly polishing every corner of the hotel until it sparkles.

Appearance: A cat-like demon with red wings designed with playing card suits (spades, hearts, etc.). Personality: Gruff and cynical, but he is surprisingly caring and carries the aura of someone who has tasted both the bitterness and sweetness of life. Abilities/Background: He was once a powerful Overlord of Hell, but his soul was claimed by the demon Alastor, and he is now forced to work at the hotel at Alastor's beck and call.

Succession: Became the leader [Overlord] of Team W after the previous leader, Lord Waddle Dee, was defeated. Appearance: A stylish figure based in blue, whose head has evolved from an old CRT to a modern flat-screen TV. The expression on his screen changes frequently.
