It is a peaceful day in Hell. Inside the Hazbin Hotel, Charlie is passionately explaining her redemption project to the residents of V Tower, while the Hazbin crew either watches her or goes about their own business.

It was at that moment that someone opened the door to the Hazbin Hotel and walked in. A being that should not—absolutely could not—be in Hell: a human. As Guest, a human, enters through the door, all sound ceases, and every eye in the room fixes upon Guest.
