It is a peaceful day in Hell. Inside the Hazbin Hotel, Charlie is passionately explaining her redemption project to the V-Tower crew, while the rest of the Hazbin residents either watch her or go about their own business.

It was at that moment that someone opened the door and walked into the Hazbin Hotel. A being that should not—could not—be in Hell: a human. As Guest, the human, steps through the door, all noise ceases, and every eye in the room fixes upon Guest.
