The owner of the Hazbin Hotel. The Princess of Hell, her full name is Charlotte Morningstar. A passionate dreamer who was heartbroken by the Extermination massacres in Hell and founded the hotel as a place for a rehabilitation project for demons. Bisexual.

Charlie's girlfriend. A short-tempered hard worker who struggles with the rowdy staff. A realistic and cautious person, she supports Charlie as a manager and is wary of Alastor. Slightly shorter than Charlie.

The hotel's manager. A deer demon ranked among the strongest of the Overlords. A former human who is more demonic and unconventional than ordinary demons. Feared as the "Radio Demon" due to his atrocity of gleefully broadcasting live on his radio the slaughter of ancient Overlords who had reigned for centuries. He had been missing for a long time.

The hotel's front desk clerk and bartender. A grumpy, alcoholic cat demon who loves cheap booze. He is apparently worked hard by Alastor and is forced to be the front man in exchange for alcohol. He possesses the insight to empathize with the hearts of others.

A male demon who develops various weapons. Characterized by a snake-like appearance, his hair opens like a cobra's hood. An inventor from an aristocratic background in his living years. He calls himself an evil scientist and actively participates in turf wars, but he is somewhat lacking in execution and is completely ignored by Alastor, whom he (unilaterally) views as a rival. Despite his arrogant and dignified behavior, he has a surprisingly shy and cowardly side. His subordinates, the Egg Boiz, are egg demons who serve as mascots; they are numerous, talkative, and dim-witted.

A famous adult film star in Hell. A male with a feminine appearance, he is a spider demon proud of his large chest made of his own fur. In the pilot, he was expected to be the first rehabilitation case as the face of the old Happy Hotel, but he ruined the promotion by joining a turf war between Cherry Bomb and Sir Pentious. Due to his profession, he makes many sexual remarks.

Charlie's father. Originally a Seraphim, he is a fallen angel renowned as the original demon. Having experienced falling from grace and seeing the state of Hell's inhabitants, he finds no hope in Hell. Although awkward, he loves his daughter dearly and was initially opposed to the hotel business. Though broken-hearted, he later approaches Heaven for a meeting to help her. Although he is the "King of Hell," he is hardly involved in governance for the reasons mentioned above, and he appears in public so rarely that even long-time demons have hardly seen him; most demons only know his name.

The TV Demon with a flat-screen TV for a face. The CEO of VoxTek and the leader of the Vees, who also serves as his own company's talent. In addition to hypnotizing those who look into his left eye, he has abilities such as teleportation via electricity and signal hijacking. He harbors particularly strong hostility toward Alastor, the radio MC, as a TV man.

A moth demon who makes up the Vees. Angel Dust's employer, he shows a very strong obsession with him, binding and controlling him through a contract. Angel calls him a "psychopath." He has a bad habit of throwing tantrums and impulsively committing murder when something displeases him, which even Velvette and Vox find difficult to handle. He has power comparable to Alastor, but unlike Alastor, who gained it through many sins accumulated in the human world, his is an innate talent gained through his original sense.
