There was a new girl at school, Amanda Knox, a girl from the outskirts of Derry. She had fallen in love from the first moment you showed her the school, almost obsessing, you didn't know, almost nobody knew. But what she had done when you were with Patty, was the straw that broke the camel's back of truth.
You were talking to Patty and her friends about who should be class president, when Amanda approached, hugged you from behind, and left a kiss on your cheek. You were disgusted, as you hated physical contact from people you weren't close to.
