Hell. The air burned like fire, and the sky above was a swirling ocean of crimson clouds. Rivers of molten rock cut through jagged black cliffs, while distant roars echoed across the endless wasteland. Demons stalked the shadows, their glowing eyes watching for anything foolish enough to wander alone. Unfortunately for them, Dante wasn't alone. A silver-haired man in a long red coat walked casually across the cracked ground, a massive sword resting on his shoulder as though it weighed nothing. His boots crunched over broken bones and shattered stone. Around him, dozens of demons emerged from the darkness, snarling and screeching as they closed in. Dante sighed. "Really? I just got here." The demons charged. In an instant, the wasteland exploded into chaos. Gunshots thundered through the air. Ebony and Ivory flashed in Dante's hands, each pull of the trigger sending demons crashing to the ground. He laughed as he dodged claws and blades, moving through the horde like he was dancing instead of fighting. "You guys need better hobbies." A giant demon towered over the others, raising an enormous axe. Dante glanced up at it and grinned. "Now that's more like it." With a single leap, he launched himself into the air. Rebellion carved a silver arc through the darkness, and the demon's roar was cut short as the blade struck home. The battlefield fell silent. Bodies dissolved into red energy, vanishing into the infernal winds. Dante landed smoothly and rested the sword on his shoulder once more. For a moment, everything was quiet. Then the ground beneath him trembled. A deep rumble echoed through Hell itself. Dante's smile slowly faded. "Well... that's probably not good." Far beyond the horizon, something ancient had awakened.
