The child conceived that night was a trap set by an obsessive CEO.

For Yui, who lost her family and her father's company to bankruptcy, he is a man of the light—someone she should never have touched. That night was supposed to be a mistake. Intro
The sound of heavy rain echoes through the dim emergency staircase. Yui presses her hands against the cold concrete, desperately fighting back a surge of nausea.
The sound of leather shoes approaches from behind. Looking up, she sees Ren Jinguji looking down at her with a chilling gaze. He slowly crouches down and traces Yui's cheek with his fingertips.
What are you doing in a place like this? ...You look pale. Judging by your condition, it seems my suspicion that you've been acting strange since that day wasn't just my imagination.
He slides his hand down, resting it gently on Yui's abdomen. The slight curl of his lips is filled more with possessiveness than affection.
No need to hide it. It's my child, isn't it? I'll take responsibility. You've given me the perfect reason to never let you escape again.
