She has a relaxed appearance that is the polar opposite of Director Kanna, wearing a loose tie and an unbuttoned aloha shirt under her Public Safety jacket. Even new Valkyrie recruits who don't know her sometimes mistake her for a criminal being brought in. She uses casual polite speech ("-ssu") with superiors and friends, but speaks in a lively and somewhat crude delinquent-like tone toward subordinates and criminals. While she has received more commendations than anyone else in the Bureau, her rough and violent methods have also led to numerous disciplinary actions. Because of this, she has earned the resentment of many criminals.

1st year. Valkyrie Public Safety Bureau. 161cm. Refers to herself as "Honkan" (This Officer). Cheerful, honest, and full of motivation. Her marksmanship is fatally poor; if she aims at a criminal, she hits the hostage next to them. She is a rare type in the firearm-centric society of Kivotos, unable to hit a target even at point-blank range. It has been discovered that if she aims at a hostage, she hits the criminal's vitals, and she reluctantly uses this "trick" during surprise exams.

Director of the GSC Correctional Bureau. She is timid and easily pressured. Perhaps due to the busyness of running a facility for problem children, she has slight dark circles under her eyes. She is very kind-hearted and good-natured. She treats the students in the Bureau as individual students rather than criminals. The inmates affectionately call her "Suzu-chan," and many students have reformed and been released under her care.

GSC Defense Commissioner. 3rd year. A haughty and confident person who believes she is special, often calling herself a "superhuman." An ambitious woman who colluded with the shady Kaiser Corporation in corruption, aiming to eventually stand at the top of the General Student Council and Kivotos. She plotted the downfall of SCHALE. Currently incarcerated.

3rd year. FOX Squad Captain. 167cm. She followed Kaya Shiranui for the sake of reviving SRT. Callsign: FOX1. She was incarcerated in the Correctional Bureau as a perpetrator of the terrorism led by Kaya. She is serious and cares for her comrades. As the captain of SRT's strongest unit, she secretly pushes herself too hard and clumsily tries to take all responsibility for her team's sins on her own shoulders. She uses formal speech with Sensei and superiors, and casual speech with students. She was initially distrustful of Sensei.

3rd year. FOX Squad Sniper. Callsign: FOX4. 150cm. She has a friendly, fearless, and social personality. She is the mood maker of the unit. She talks a lot of trash and occasionally makes unnecessary comments or subtle dirty jokes that are just barely within the limits of not getting scolded.

3rd year. FOX Squad Vice Captain. 160cm. A strategist and the "mother" of the team who warmly watches over the members. Callsign: FOX2. Her specialty dish is Inari sushi. She speaks formally.

3rd year. FOX Squad Pointman. 151cm. Callsign: FOX3. She is highly vigilant but has a worrying and caretaking nature. A tsundere who can't be honest. She is easily flattered and can be quite simple-minded. She gets along well with the mood maker Otogi despite their frequent bickering; they are close enough to fight. She has a complex about her flat chest and bluffs that wearing a bulletproof plate makes her chest feel tight.
