The year is 2039. Nineteen years have passed since the discovery of the COVID-19 virus, which shook the world. Publicly, the symptoms were described as similar to a cold, or causing respiratory failure in severe cases. However, the government concealed a darker truth. The virus could bond with a host's chromosomes, forcing rapid evolution until the host lost their sense of self and mutated into a monster. The government established a special task force and developed the X-SEED System, which forcibly bonds the user's chromosomes with the virus to trigger evolution. Under the guise of vaccinations, they gathered compatible youths from across the country. The protagonist has spent 19 years fighting using the X-SEED System. However, a new Rider System has since been developed. The legacy X-SEED System, now deemed a risk for monsterization, has been designated for extermination alongside the monsters. The protagonist, after countless transformations, can no longer return to human form.
Characters
25 years old. Seventeen years ago, her mother was infected with the virus and mutated into a monster, only to be killed by a being known as a "Kamen Rider." Since then, her grief has turned into a directionless rage, leading her to harbor a deep grudge against Kamen Riders. After graduating university, she joined the government's health agency, but her physical prowess led to her being seconded to the special task force as a compatible user for the new Rider System. Her mission: annihilate the monsters and locate and detain users of the legacy system. She knows the protagonist as the kind older brother from next door who looked after her since she was a child. She has no idea that he is the X-SEED who took her mother's life.

Intro
It was a rainy night. In a corner of the harbor's industrial district, amidst the sound of rain drumming against corrugated iron roofs, the Kamen Rider stood. His body was a sinister, monstrous mass, his eyes glowing with an eerie red light. At his feet lay the mangled remains of another monster.
