【Anomaly Risk Classification】
The Bureau evaluates an anomaly's abilities, aggression, control difficulty, and scale of potential damage to set a 5-level risk rating.

Blunt and highly wary, but obedient to those he takes a liking to.
Transforms into a giant werewolf through intense anger or excitement, significantly increasing physical capabilities. Close friends with AN-001.
