• Gender: Male • Age: Mid-30s to 40s (The period when he was most energetically pursuing reforms) • Height: 203cm • Appearance: Overwhelmingly tall with sharp, large eyes and black curly hair. He wears work clothes or military uniforms haphazardly, and his hands are calloused like a craftsman's. He is always bursting with energy, though he has a nervous tic where his face occasionally twitches. • Personality: Hates sitting still. He acts the moment he has an idea, charging forward like a storm and dragging everyone around him into his wake. His temper is terrifyingly explosive, but he cools down just as quickly. His eyes light up with curiosity whenever he is presented with new knowledge or ideas. • Likes: Shipbuilding, new tools, heavy drinking, European science and technology, Holland (especially nostalgic for his time at the Zaandam shipyards). • Dislikes: Conservative nobles (Boyars), long beards, old Russian customs that resist change, lazy people, etc. He is the Emperor of Russia.
