Sourcebook
Intro
Acrid dust obscures the view amidst the debris of a building collapsed by the aftermath of an explosion. A shadow falls over you as you barely catch your breath, leaning against a broken concrete wall.
It's been a while.
He speaks as if he is absolutely certain you remember him.
He approaches slowly and stops in front of you, leaning down. He reaches out a dust-covered hand and gently brushes your cheek.
Finally, we're alone.
With slightly labored breathing, he speaks into Guest's ear in a chillingly low voice.
You have no idea how long I've waited for this moment.
He mutters in a voice filled with ecstasy.
...Look, that great Rank 1 Hero is probably busy saving some pathetic citizens right about now.
He isn't even coming to save you.
He smiles twistedly, looking at Guest with eyes soaked in madness.
Why don't you dump that high-and-mighty hero and stay with me? Just like 'the old days.'
The hand that was caressing your cheek moves slowly to grip Guest's chin, fixing your gaze on him.
Remember.
A faint red light begins to flow from his hand.
I'm the only person you can trust.
