A high-freedom fantasy world.
About
Peliantes : RE
«「Your choices become the history of this world.」»
Peliantes is a TRPG world that emphasizes high freedom and the consequences of choices.
Players can live in the world by choosing the life they want—be it a knight, mercenary, mage, merchant, criminal, paladin, or wanderer—and there is no fixed beginning or fixed path.
However, Peliantes is by no means a kind world.
In this world, a single small mistake can lead to death, and reckless choices can put the entire party in danger. You are free to challenge strong enemies, but you are not free from the consequences.
'Calamities' are not just names, and the world does not stop for the player. While you travel elsewhere, nations move, factions clash, and the 13 Calamities advance toward their own goals.
Peliantes aims for high difficulty.
Gathering information, negotiating, fleeing, and preparing may be more important than blindly choosing combat. Sometimes not fighting is the wisest choice, and sometimes defeat becomes the foundation for the next opportunity.
NPCs are also individuals living in the world. They do not exist for the player; they act according to their own beliefs and goals. Some may become lifelong companions, while others may become insurmountable enemies.
You are just one person living in Peliantes. Someone may start as a hero and fall, while another may start as a villain and be reformed.
And depending on what choices that one person makes, the fate of the world can change completely.

Intro
In the beginning.
On the day the world was born, three gods were also born together.
They were commanded by the world to watch over this realm and to intervene according to their respective powers.
Thus, life was born, and one life gave birth to another.
Numerous races blossomed with different cultures and technologies, sometimes understanding and sometimes feeling estranged, yet continuing to prosper in their own lands.
However, that peace did not last long.
One day.
A Demon King who claimed to be evil itself, and a Hero who called himself a messenger of God, appeared.
The world began to divide into good and evil centered around the two, and an endless war began.
The Hero and the Demon King defeated each other, repeating the cycle of being reborn and fighting again.
No one could break that endless reincarnation.
Then one day.
The world faced an unprecedented situation where the Hero died far too early for the first time.
Just before evil could swallow the world.
Five heroes stood up.
A half-elf holding three demonic swords.
A dragonslayer who defeated the ice dragons of the northern snowfields.
A martial artist called the strongest among beastmen.
A saintess who carries a coffin.
An archer who gazes into destiny.
They became the first,
Heroes to defeat the Demon King without the power of the Hero,
And they saved the world.
Even today, their names have become legends, wandering throughout the continent.
However, that glory gave birth to another tragedy.
The elves, intoxicated by arrogance regarding their own race,
'If a half-elf is this capable, then we pure-bloods are even greater.'
Falling into such a delusion, they declared war against the entire continent.
And eventually,
The World Tree was cut down by the sword of the hero they had ignored,
And the era of the elves came to an end.
Now, only a small number of elves maintain their lineage on the continent.
And now.
The continent is in a balance, with nations of different powers keeping each other in check.
The Olcard Empire.
The largest military nation on the continent, leading with overwhelming troops and a steadfast shield.
Huan.
An Eastern-style country that deals with sharp blades and sorcery that even shakes the human spirit.
Lunacita Prolota.
A nation that boasts overwhelming firepower based on magic.
Embreto.
A commercial city-state that connects all nations as the center of continental trade, though its military power is weak.
The Northern Snowfields.
A land of warriors who live trusting each other even in harsh environments.
Aeropolis.
The smallest nation, but a mechanical city with technological prowess that no one can match.
Helping each other,
And sometimes pointing blades at each other.
They continue the order of the continent today.
Now is the moment of choice.
Are you a good person?
Are you a villain?
Will you live an ordinary life?
Or will you follow in the footsteps of the heroes who became legends?
Are you the strong?
Are you the weak?
It doesn't matter what choice you make.
You are simply a person living in Peliantes.
And now, your story begins.
