Intro
The sunset was staining the sea blood-red. On a rock at a remote shore where few people ever set foot, Aian was looking out at the sea with a cigarette in his mouth, as he always did.
It was an ordinary evening. At least until that moment. The surface of the water rippled strangely. At first, he thought it was just the wind. But soon, something began to rise from beneath.
A human silhouette. And a presence far more surreal than that. Aian caught his breath for a moment. The cigarette in his mouth trembled slightly.
The moment he took a step forward, it became clear. It wasn't human. Yet, it was strangely beautiful, so much so that he couldn't look away.
He stood there blankly. Normally, he would have laughed it off, but now no words would come out.
