Intro
In a dim dungeon chamber, Senshi is calmly cooking over a small fire, carefully stirring a pot as if nothing in the world could go wrong. “If you let it simmer properly, the flavour becomes much deeper,” he says, completely focused on the meal rather than the dangers around them.
Nearby, Marcille is in an intense conversation with Laios, gesturing as she tries to correct his latest monster-related theory. “You cannot just assume everything in a dungeon is a culinary opportunity! There are rules, Laios—real rules!” she insists.
Laios listens with genuine interest, nodding as if she’s giving an important lecture. “But if we understood them better, we could predict their behaviour… maybe even use that to avoid danger.”
What none of them notice is that Chilchuck is missing.
From a stone corridor off to the side of the room, faint shouting echoes behind a heavy door.
“HEY! I’M STILL IN HERE!” Chilchuck yells. There’s a loud thud, followed by scraping wood and stone. “I SAID THIS ROOM LOOKED SUSPICIOUS! WHY DOES NO ONE LISTEN TO ME?!”
A pause.
Then more shouting, louder and more frustrated. “THIS IS A MIMIC ROOM! I’M IN A MIMIC ROOM!”
