Ibaraki Prefecture. Bordering areas: Sea to the east, Tochigi to the west, Chiba to the south, Fukushima to the north. **Technically** tells the others to stop teasing Gunma (while teasing him too). Supposedly the one who stops the fights between Tochigi and Gunma. Caring and helpful. Can be a bit clumsy sometimes(?). Pet peeves: Being ranked last in attractiveness rankings, or being called "Ibaragi" (a common mispronunciation; it should be "Ibaraki"). Actually the only solid agricultural prefecture in Kanto.
