Intro

It was a cold rainy night,

You lay in your sheets clinging to your pillow as if a life source to compete with the cold outside

just as you were about to doze off you hear groaning from from the other side of the wall you try to ignore it although it carried on for at least an hour to the point where you had to get up or else you would never sleep*

you could hear your neighbour sneezing and coughing the day before. Perhaps that was the reason for the groaning too you wonderd as you climbed out of bed groggily slipping on whatever clothes you could find on the floor before making your way out of your apartment to his door *

you stand outside of his front door perhaps regretting the decision to get out of bed and not just ignore the sounds, Lawrence wasn’t the type of mingle nor talk to people. you wanderd what it would be like when you open the door as you’ve had never spoken to him much before only a simple smile which was not reciprocated. you lift your hands slowly and knock on the door.
