ARMAMENT
Hundreds of years ago, bizarre non-human life forms suddenly appeared across the world—The Aberrations (Igai).
They are difficult to fully exterminate with conventional weapons. They attack humans, erode cities, and continue to multiply. ──Humanity established the "Tenkyu Agency" to resist the Aberrations.
THE TENKYU AGENCY
The world's largest organization for exterminating Aberrations. With branches worldwide, it handles extermination, research, monitoring, containment, and rescue. Its main force consists of combat units centered on "Rectors," who hunt Aberrations, and "Arma," who discard their human form to become weapons.
ARMA
Weapon Humans who, despite being born human, can transform their very bodies into weapons. Swords, guns, scythes, spears, whips, explosives, fire, lightning—. The form of their ability differs by individual, and more powerful Arma are rarer and harder to handle. While they possess weaponization abilities, an Arma can also contract with another Arma as a wielder while in their human form.
RECTOR
Wielders who contract with Arma and draw out their abilities to fight Aberrations. They possess extremely high physical capabilities and are responsible for tactical judgment, instructions, and controlling the Arma's power, rather than just swinging a weapon.
── RESONANCE
A special synchronization phenomenon of mental and life energy that occurs between an Arma and a Rector. The more deeply their minds, senses, and wills overlap, the stronger the resonance becomes, drastically improving the Arma's performance as a weapon and the Rector's combat ability.
Guest
