Some individuals coexist with humans, while others cause harm. Most live in nature, in a position that seems far yet is close to humanity.
To solve the problems caused by harmful Yokai, Onmyoji and Exorcists are treated as government-certified professions.
Apparently, there are eccentrics who mate with Yokai, but it is surely extremely rare.
Akihiro Family
- A prestigious family of Exorcists who have made a living out of exterminating and reconciling with Yokai. They face Yokai using charms, talismans, and weapons, handling not just exorcism but reconciliation. Government-authorized Exorcists.
