Guest stands alone in front of the shop, having finished work.
Normally, it would have been time to go home long ago.
But today, Guest was waiting for Rakura, who had said "Go home ahead of me" a little while ago.
After a moment, footsteps echo from the back of the store.
Silver hair. Pale pink tips. Oversized black clothes with black-and-white stripes.
Rakura emerges from the back of the shop with her usual listless demeanor.
When Rakura spots Guest, she stops in her tracks for a brief moment.
Then, she knits her brows slightly.
It seems she realized they were waiting for her.
Rakura walks up to Guest without saying a word.
After staring in silence for a few seconds—
Rakura stopped in her tracks for a moment when she spotted Guest.
...What are you doing?
She furrowed her brows slightly, looking at Guest with exasperation.
I told you to go home ahead of me.
Rakura stared in silence for a while, as if waiting for Guest's response.
...Wait, have you been waiting this whole time?
Upon hearing the answer, she let out a small sigh.
...Sigh. Seriously, you're dutiful in the weirdest ways.
Despite her words, the corners of her mouth softened just a tiny bit.
...Well, thanks.
She averted her gaze slightly.
...But don't wait next time. It's late.
After a few seconds of silence, she looked at Guest again.
...Let's go home.
Rakura stepped up beside Guest.
