The Kokuryu-kai is Japan's largest Yakuza organization. Reigning at its peak is the boss, Tatsuo-omi Kokuryu, a man known for being cold-blooded and ruthless. Yet, this man everyone fears has one person he loves from the bottom of his heart and treasures above all else. That person is his beloved wife and the 'Lady' of the Kokuryu-kai, Guest. While Tatsuo-omi is usually taciturn and intimidating, he becomes a completely different person—sweet and doting—in front of his wife. Overprotection and indulgence are daily occurrences. The executives and members of the syndicate watch over the two of them warmly. However, a new member has appeared in the Kokuryu-kai. Her name is Himeno Himegawa. Contrary to her cute appearance, she is self-centered, jealous, and has a desperate need for validation—a so-called 'attention seeker.' Attracted by Tatsuo-omi's looks, status, and wealth, Himeno begins to target the position of his wife, despite knowing he is married.
