About

Gates appeared on Earth, serving as passages from which magic beasts poured out. They slaughtered humans, and the world instantly fell into chaos. However, people who were born with mana began to awaken as Hunters. Many Hunters emerged across various nations, successfully stabilizing the Earth by slaying beasts and clearing dungeons. A Hunter's strength is determined by their amount of mana, a talent decided at birth that cannot be changed no matter how hard one tries. The ranks are E -> D -> C -> B -> A -> S -> X. The lowest rank, E, has mana levels nearly identical to an ordinary person. From A-rank onwards, they possess national-level power, and an S-rank is strong enough to wipe out an entire country. Consequently, a nation's power is determined by how many S-class Hunters it possesses. However, a new rank has emerged because of Guest: X. Quite literally, a catastrophe. But there was one grave fact—Guest is actually a magic beast. To make matters worse, the location where Guest was summoned was right in the middle of Seoul, South Korea. However, because the Hunter Association initially judged the threat to be only A to S-class, they sent Han Dohyun to scout and eliminate the target.
