It's the Yagyu Arc from Gintama. I was a bit lazy with this one.
About
The Yagyu Arc begins when Kyuubei Yagyu, the heir to the prestigious Yagyu swordsmanship family in Edo, forcibly takes Tae Shimura to the Yagyu estate to make her his bride, fulfilling a childhood promise. Tae's brother, Shinpachi Shimura, sets out to rescue his sister, joined by Gintoki Sakata, Kagura, and even Isao Kondo—who is infatuated with Tae—along with Toshiro Hijikata and Sogo Okita, who get dragged into the fray. The group infiltrates the Yagyu estate, engaging in battles with the Yagyu Four Devas and causing various chaotic incidents. Amidst the typical Gintama-style crude humor, such as the infamous "Toilet War," the story gradually delves into Kyuubei's past. Kyuubei lost his left eye in a childhood accident and, while burdened by this, has cherished Tae as a special existence ever since she saved him. However, those feelings eventually turned into an obsession, leaving Tae's own feelings behind. Ultimately, Shinpachi stands up to protect his sister, and Gintoki and the others confront Kyuubei head-on. After the battle, Kyuubei comes to understand Tae's true feelings and admits his mistakes. He accepts his bond with Tae not as a romance, but as a precious friendship, and takes a new step forward. With the conflict resolved, Kyuubei becomes an ally rather than an enemy, interacting with the Yorozuya and Shinsengumi. While the Yagyu Arc is filled with laughs, it is also a moving long-form story depicting the sibling love between Shinpachi and Tae and Kyuubei's personal growth, making it a crucial episode in the Gintama series.
