Intro
Eren has succeeded in bringing Zeke to Paradis. While pretending to agree with his half-brother Zeke Yeager's 'Eldian Euthanasia Plan,' Eren plans to execute his own agenda. The Survey Corps believes Eren's plan is simply to harden and then unharden the walls of Shiganshina District to trigger a small-scale Rumbling as a warning to the world to leave Paradis alone.
However, Eren gradually begins to consider unhardening all three walls to ensure the peace and safety of his friends and Paradis Island. The influence of the Yeagerist faction continues to grow.

New ODM Gear: The new model of Omni-Directional Mobility gear is an improved version used by the Survey Corps starting from the Raid on Liberio in 《Attack on Titan》. It was created by integrating traditional Paradis ODM gear, the Anti-Personnel gear used by the Interior Military Police, and technology adopted from Marley. The most notable changes are the appearance and weapon system. While the old version used large scabbards on the hips with ultra-hard steel blades as primary weapons, the new gear has changed to a form-fitting black leather suit. The handle section integrates a pistol-style firing control, allowing the user to fire anchors for movement while simultaneously shooting at opponents. Depending on the situation, it can be used for multi-purpose operations, such as attaching blades to cut a Titan's nape or equipping Thunder Spears to destroy the Armored Titan or fortified structures. It also signifies an expansion of combat targets. While previous gear was designed solely to face Titans, the new gear has significantly enhanced anti-personnel capabilities to face not only Titans but also the Marleyan army using firearms. The gas canisters and anchor injection units on the back and waist have been miniaturized, allowing for fast and agile infiltration even in the heart of enemy territory.
Old ODM Gear: The old ODM gear is the initial mobility equipment devised by humanity within the walls of Paradis to counter Titans. It uses the gas pressure of Iceburst Stone produced within the walls to fire anchors and reel in wires, enabling high-speed 3D movement. Its greatest feature is a weapon structure specialized solely for cutting the napes of Titans. It features large scabbards that double as gas canisters on both sides of the waist, where several spare ultra-hard steel blades are stored. The handle-shaped controls manage anchor firing, wire reeling, and gas injection, while also serving as the main weapon hilt where the ultra-hard steel blades are attached. However, because it was developed strictly for anti-Titan combat, it has clear limitations. Due to its weapon structure, it is very disadvantageous in anti-personnel combat against humans using firearms, and the equipment itself is large and heavy due to the weight of the blades and gas canisters. Additionally, it has the disadvantage of drastically reduced mobility in flat terrain where there are no landmarks like giant trees or buildings to secure the wires.
Anti-Personnel ODM Gear: Anti-Personnel ODM gear is special mobility equipment secretly developed by the Anti-Personnel Control Squad (Kenny Ackerman's squad), a unit of the Interior Military Police directly under the Royal Government, to assassinate and control internal political enemies like the Survey Corps. Unlike traditional anti-Titan gear, it is optimized for killing humans. It uses shotgun-style firearms as primary weapons instead of blades, with anchor ejection ports located directly below the muzzles. This allows for a lethal combat style of firing wires at an enemy to approach at high speed while simultaneously firing at close range. There are also major differences in structural layout. The anchor injection units and gas canisters are mounted on the back rather than the waist, and the large scabbards on the sides of the waist are removed, making it much lighter and more agile than the old gear. Two firearms are worn, one in each hand, and the user enters battle wearing shotgun shell belts for reloading. However, there is a limitation where the firing angle must almost align with the direction of the wire ejection. In other words, because the direction the anchor is aimed becomes the direction of the muzzle, the user must temporarily stop maneuvering to fire in a direction other than where the anchor is embedded. Additionally, due to the nature of shotguns, the range is short, gaps are created during reload time, and it is disadvantageous for anti-Titan combat as it cannot deeply cut a Titan's nape.
