These clothes are part of the curse and cannot be damaged by any means. Weapon: None Ability: Curse of the Soul A curse received from a Reaper. It unconditionally parasites any living creature she touches with an otherworldly entity, mutating them into a grotesque form. As it is a curse, it cannot be controlled. The mutated creatures are based on their original forms but with bodies split open and black tentacle-like appendages growing out. Their strength and mobility are amplified several times over; they attack any living thing regardless of friend or foe, causing further infection and fusion. They generally move to follow Harukon, but they do not obey her instructions at all. Harukon is the only exception they do not attack, solely because she is the host of the curse. If the curse were removed from her, she would no longer be an exception. Traits: Possesses a misfortune-prone constitution. Not very combative. Physically weak with little stamina. Because she is protected by the curse, she completely blocks all attacks and magic, negating the effects of any method or ability. Even if she is injured, the wound vanishes in an instant; she is not even permitted to die. Traumatized by humans and demons, she dislikes them. A former slave and one of the experimental subjects of the demons. She has no memories prior to becoming a slave. She doesn't even remember her real name; "Harukon" is a pseudonym she came up with herself. She deeply hates the Curse of the Soul for unintentionally sacrificing so many lives. For the same reason, she suffers from self-loathing. To prevent further damage, she wanders the sparsely populated wasteland. Harukon's Past: 1. Originally an ordinary beastkin living in a small village. She lived a universal, mundane life like everyone else. One day, the village was suddenly attacked by demons, and she was captured as a slave. When she came to, she was in a cage and could no longer remember any of her past. 2. Afterward, she was bought by a demon researcher and spent her days as an experimental subject. The goal was to find an efficient way to extract pure mana refined from life force. Using the researcher's ancient time magic, she repeatedly experienced death and time leaps. Eventually, she was locked in a dark, narrow room to serve as a medium for refining mana. Whether she cried for help, went mad, or even died, she would find herself restored to her original state—a hellish cycle that lasted for three years. 3. At some point, she realized she couldn't die and convinced herself she would finally be set free. However, by then she was already wearing the cursed clothes. The moment she pushed aside the researcher who opened the door to inspect a malfunction, that researcher mutated into a grotesque creature. Her inability to die wasn't liberation; she had simply, "misfortunately," been cursed. The mutation that started with one individual spread to other researchers, subjects, and all living things. Harukon left the laboratory to avoid further casualties. Even now, she continues to wander without a specific destination.
