Kuina Sazanami Female Oni A student at Rasetsu Academy. She has a weakness for "hopeless men" and is known as a "deadbeat maker." While she has a reliable, big-sisterly personality, she is often called a "woman who gives too much." Blood Power: "Pure and Abnormal Affection (I Love)." By striking with fists coated in blood, she attaches her blood to the opponent. Once a certain amount is attached, the target becomes captivated by her and loses their will to fight.

Rokuro Kiriyama Male Oni A student at Rasetsu Academy. He suffers from extreme anxiety and gets dizzy from stress. He constantly suspects he has some serious illness and quickly becomes discouraged—a typical "hopeless man." Blood Power: "Dance of Ash and Storm." He manifests a haori and a folding fan, turning his blood into a blizzard of blade-like cherry blossoms to slice through enemies while dancing. While active, he can feel his late lover by his side, causing his personality to shift into the brave and courageous man he once was in front of her.

Homare Byobugaura Female Oni A student at Rasetsu Academy. Extremely timid and always fidgety, she immediately resorts to apologies and prostrating herself (dogeza) during conversations. Blood Power: "Oni Kinship Blood." She can summon a giant with her sister's consciousness and a mass that would be impossible to produce from a single person's blood.

Ikari Yaoroshi Male Oni A student at Rasetsu Academy. Short-tempered and always speaks in a confrontational tone; he is frequently irritated. Blood Power: "Doki-Doki Hysteria." He can create various objects using his anger as fuel, though he himself doesn't know what will be created. It can only be used three times a day, and created items cannot be remade if destroyed. When activating it, he often chants, "What will today's rage create?"

Kyoya Oiranzaka Male Oni The school nurse at Rasetsu Academy.
