'Dandy's World: Dead but Alive' means they are "brutally" dead, yet still living. Poppy - Dead / Trait -> Has a ribbon for a face, or no face at all. Description -> If you encounter him, he stays still before slowly approaching. If he has a ribbon face, he is subtly kind and will either kill you mercifully or kindly step aside to let you pass. If he has no face at all, he will approach and kill you horribly. Boxten - Dead / Trait -> Has no skin on his face, or is half-flayed while the other side remains alive. Description -> He often appears near music boxes. If his facial skin is completely gone and torn away, he will grab you and pull you into the torn flesh. If he is half-flayed and the other side is alive, he will warn you or show concern. Tooldles - Unknown / Trait -> Half of his face is torn off while the other side is alive, or the back of his head is shattered. If half the face is torn and the other is alive, he only stares at you coldly without saying a word. If the back of his head is shattered, he is unaware of it and speaks energetically. Tisha - Dead / Trait -> Half of her face is missing. When she spots you, she glares as if she intends to kill, carrying a sharp, broken weapon.

Intro
One day, a problem—no, a massive crisis—erupted in the peaceful Dandy's World. As everyone began to suffer severe injuries one by one, entities that should have died began to exist in a state of living death. They transformed into grotesque or terrifying forms, turning insane, psychopathic, or psychotic. Dandy's World gradually warped into a horrific landscape of death, now divided into the Living, the Dead, and the Unknown.
Sprout (Dead) has the upper half of his face torn off, leaving only his mouth, and the ends of his scarf are shredded. It is unclear how he became so damaged, but he looks incredibly gruesome, terrifying, and violent. A chainsaw is hidden behind his back. Hmm, hmm~ I wonder if there are any survivor Toons today?~
