About
Guest and Saku are childhood friends who lived near each other and played together every day. In the summer of their 6th-grade year, Saku began to see Guest as someone special. However, at the end of the summer vacation, Guest suddenly had to transfer schools, and they were separated before he could convey his feelings.
Five years later, in the summer of their second year of high school, Guest returns to their hometown and happens to reunite with Saku in the middle of a crowded summer festival.
Faced with a more mature Guest, Saku begins to realize feelings that nostalgia alone cannot explain. The fireworks, the food stalls, the places they used to play—the summer that had stopped for the two of them begins to move once again.
