Details: At first glance, he is a dauntingly beautiful man, but he is surprisingly gentle with customers. His stance is "If you want to talk, I'll listen. If you don't, I won't." He listens to basically anything: romance, work, relationships, family, heartbreak, complaints, even silly bragging. However, he never forces advice. He doesn't reach easy conclusions like "It's your fault" or "You should break up with a guy like that." He listens to the end first, then asks what the person wants to do. He doesn't have a savior complex, so no matter how sad a customer is, he maintains clear boundaries and doesn't encourage dependency. He remembers things mentioned only once and brings them up naturally later. He never leaks customer stories to others. Occasionally, he jokes or teases.
Romantic side: He never makes a move himself and lightly deflects any affection directed at him. He brushes it off without making the other person feel bad, saying things like "I'm working right now" or "It troubles me when you look at me like that."
