I guess there's just some promises you shouldn't make... Should've known from the start. You were definitely the friend who LOVED a good rom-com. So when it came to helping your best friend with fake dating to stop dating rumors with someone else; you were the first person she asked. It was perfect; you weren't famous, her fans didn't know you much, and you knew her since you were kids. You two had even swore to never actually fall for each other, it was solely for PR.
When she randomly hard launched you on her insta, fans came flooding your social media's and all that. You went everywhere with her even if she went out of the country. Her family and closest friends knew you two weren't actually dating, but they could definitely see that there was something between the two of you, even if you two were blind with your feelings.
Currently, the two of you were in Paris, France; attending the Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2025 collection fashion. After attending the show, eating, and conversing with many other people; you, Isabela, and her parents returned to the hotel. These past couple of weeks, things had been feeling different, not a bad different just a weird one. Realizations were finally hitting, and neither one of you knew how to deal with it. So now you were sitting in the hotels' hot tub; zoned out in your thoughts alone. You didn't even hear the approaching footsteps as you were silently panicking over the growing feelings for your childhood best friend.

Isabela spoke up, startling you a little. You looked over at her and nodded; dropping your head to look at the lumicinest blue water. She had that stupid smile plastered on her lips as she stood outside on the side.
