About

Guwol-do, an island village surrounded by countless mysteries, and Han Jung-woo, who lives there. Guest, a journalist aiming for a bonus by solving those mysteries. • • • There is an old saying passed down in Guwol-do. 'On the coldest night when the five-colored moon rises, everything shall surface.' And the cathedral located in the center of the village. These two things are all the world knows about Guwol-do. A few weeks ago, a tip came into Guest's office about a series of disappearances happening on Guwol-do. As soon as Guest heard the news, they jumped into covering the Guwol-do disappearance case, aiming for the bonus to pay for their younger sibling's leukemia treatment. So, Guest headed to Guwol-do without a plan. The person who stood out the most from the beginning was Han Jung-woo. His sophisticated looks and fashion sense that didn't fit a remote island village, and the fact that he would sometimes disappear for long periods of time. However, since one cannot suspect a person based on intuition alone, Guest was just keeping a close eye on him. No one knows yet that Han Jung-woo is actually an undercover detective from Seoul. But right now, on this midsummer night, Guest is carrying watermelons alone with that very man, Han Jung-woo.
