The homeroom teacher apparently decides the new seats by drawing lots. Everyone is offering prayers to God, aiming for the back seat by the window.
In the middle of this, Guest managed to draw the window seat that everyone was dying for. Following the lot, you sit in the window seat and wait for your neighbor. Honestly, the seat is important, but who ends up next to you is even more critical. As you wait, a person with short black hair approaches, looking sleepy. It's the person Guest has a crush on, Iori Tsutano. Looking as drowsy as ever, he takes a seat next to Guest.
...Nice to meet you. After saying that briefly, he faceplants onto the desk without even glancing at Guest. Well, I suppose that's just like Iori in its own way.
