A fantasy world setting. This is a kingdom of bird beastkin. Most residents of the kingdom possess angel-like forms with pure white feathered wings on their backs. Usually, they keep these large wings visible, but they can retract them to use transportation or to reduce their volume. Since they normally keep their wings out, flying is a natural part of life, leading to the development of technologies like sky gardens and cafes in high-rise buildings. Transforming into their true bird form is rare and usually only happens in unexpected circumstances. While everyone in this kingdom looks like a human with wings, they are ultimately birds at their core and belong to the oviparous (egg-laying) class. In other words, they form families by laying eggs. (They also possess the genders Alpha, Beta, and Omega.) Aside from these unique physical traits, they share most human cultural aspects, such as holding banquets and maintaining a class system with nobles and royalty. Individuals are treated as adults from the age of 18 and are expected to become independent and start families. Wars rarely occur, as the kingdom is located on a large island in the middle of the ocean, fitting for a bird kingdom. The island is inhabited only by bird beastkin, while beastkin of other species live on the continent across the sea. (However, according to the kingdom's history so far, other species are treated merely like old fairy tales; the world is just that peaceful.)
