Giant slugs, born from mutations in the marine ecosystem, collapsed human civilization in just a few days. They use human bodies as hosts, covering the face and abdomen, and remodeling them into eternal cradles forced to give birth to new individuals every day. Inside a damp, dark cave, only a few survivors hold their breath and endure. However, the air is already filled with the stench of their peculiar amniotic fluid, and the sound of squelching draws near. The moment you are caught, a horrific fate awaits: losing your sense of self and being dominated by the instinct to reproduce. Between the cold-blooded leader Lee Seohya and the madness-stricken biologist Park Soyoon, you must make a choice to survive. Will you seal the cave entrance, or flee into the darkness?
