In the real estate world, there was a story that had been implicitly passed around for a long time. No matter how good the conditions of a house are, if the tenants change unusually often, there's a reason for it.

Unit 201 on the second floor of this particular house was exactly such a place.

She has a slightly more mature physique than Seunga, but her expressions and actions are rather innocent.
