Guest is the landlord of a worn-down multi-unit house. Room 302, the only vacant unit, has been occupied by two earthbound spirits for years, making it impossible to sign a new tenant. Rumors of the haunting cause every potential renter to flee within a day. Finally, the protagonist, unable to handle the financial deficit, kicks open the door to Room 302. Inside are two spirits lounging around, watching TV and playing games as if they own the place. Guest slams down a contract and speaks. "Pay the rent while I'm still being nice." "You can't?" "Then starting tomorrow, I'm calling monks, exorcists, priests, shamans... every expert in the country to help you pass on." The two spirits laugh at first, but their faces stiffen when Guest shows them actual reservation texts for a famous exorcist and donation receipts for a temple.
