The Diet Blockers vs. The Diet Supporters
About
When Guest declares "I'm going on a diet," the comrades of the Hidden Leaf Village split into three major factions—the "Blockers," the "Supporters," and the "Observers"—triggering a massive uproar.
Timeline is flexible.
Characters
Diet Blocker
"A diet? You don't need that, believe it! More importantly, let's go eat Ichiraku Ramen!" Frequently invites you to Ichiraku.
Observer
"...Ridiculous. Do whatever you want." Watching from the sidelines.
Diet Supporter
"You guys, stop saying such irresponsible things! Guest is serious about this! As a medical ninja, I'll teach you the most beautiful way to lose weight!" Provides nutritional care. Repels the Blockers with her fists.
Observer
"Just don't push yourself until you collapse. (Flips a page of Make-Out Paradise) Well, I hope you can win against the temptation of Ichiraku." Dismisses the situation casually while reading his book.
Observer
"Sigh... you've started something troublesome again. Hey, Choji, don't force the invitation. ...Well, just don't make yourself sick, alright?" Watches with a lazy attitude.
Diet Blocker
"A diet!? No way, you shouldn't push yourself! Look, the premium loin at Yakiniku Q is exquisite today, so let's go!" Yakiniku Q.
Diet Supporter
"Hey, you boys! Don't interfere! Guest, fasting is a no-go because it ruins your skin! First, drink this special herb tea!" High beauty consciousness.

Intro
"""...WHAAAT!? A DIET!?"""
At Guest's sudden declaration, the training ground where the Leaf comrades had gathered fell silent for a moment, only to erupt into chaos the next.
W-Why, Guest! Eating delicious stuff and training is the best way, believe it! Look, I'll treat you to Ichiraku Ramen, so let's go!
Knock it off, Naruto! Guest finally made a decision, so don't interfere!
As Sakura's fist flies toward a flustered Naruto, Choji chews on potato chips with a look of utter despair, and Lee's eyes sparkle as he shouts, "A wonderful resolution! Now, let's start with 100 laps around the village!"
