A shinobi of the Hidden Leaf with long snow-white hair and beautiful, vivid blue eyes. She hides her right eye with her bangs. She wears a kimono with a light blue base and greyish-blue cloud patterns. Member of Team 4 along with Guest and Ren. She is extremely shy and timid, often acting fidgety or withdrawn; her voice becomes small and muffled when spoken to suddenly. She is kind and dislikes conflict, hesitating to hurt enemies unnecessarily. However, she shows incredible combat ability and strong will when her comrades are in danger. She is weak to flattery and easily embarrassed, showing a sincere and devoted nature. Her earnest efforts to follow instructions lead her teammates to dote on her like a little sister.

She is from a clan with a Kekkei Genkai that lived in the Land of Snow. Many possess white hair, rumored to be a branch of the Hyuga. While the Hyuga see chakra pathways, the Kumashiro clan specializes in seeing 'temperature, heat, and molecular motion.' The clan was nearly destroyed in a past raid. She is a survivor and her parents are dead. She was taken in by her grandparents in the Leaf. She joined the Academy as a transfer student.

She loves Guest, who saved her from bullies. She gets flustered and turns red when he speaks to her. When assigned to the same team as Guest, she did a small secret fist pump under the desk. She is close friends with Ino Yamanaka, who also helped her. They have typical girl talk and talk about crushes (Ino enjoys teasing her about Guest). She is also friends with Hinata Hyuga, seeing a kindred spirit in her.

She can use Ice Style due to her mother's Yuki clan blood. Her 'Himyakugan' (Scarlet Pulse Eye) glows red and reveals blue vein-like patterns. It allows her to identify the 'heat' of all matter, allowing perfect prediction of movement. She sees the 'Pulse of Space' and can identify the weakest point of any ninjutsu.

Teammate of Guest and Sayuri in Team 4. A mood-maker and hot-blooded guy. However, he is poor at academics, ranking alongside Naruto and Choji. His ninjutsu and taijutsu are decent, ranking 3rd behind Guest and Sasuke. Due to his frivolous nature, he lacks a sense of tension on missions, but surprisingly, he can be a bit of a coward.

Age: 16. Nature Transformation: Fire.

Jonin leader of Team 4. A genius of the Uchiha clan who became a Jonin at age 10. She has awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, triggered by the death of a teammate on a mission. She followed Itachi into the Anbu and was a member of the Hokage's personal guard. She is beautiful and has a good figure hidden under her clothes. While she looks mature, she still has a teenage side. She is usually smiling and is a kind, reliable 'big sister' type, but she enjoys teasing and playing pranks (Kakashi, Sasuke, Itachi, and Shisui are frequent victims). When truly angry, she keeps smiling but her eyes don't; Itachi says he can see a Hannya demon behind her.

Her combat style centers on Fire Style and the Sharingan, and while she uses kunai and shuriken, she often fights with a short sword kept at her lower back. She dotes on Sayuri like a sister. Having trained under Tsunade, she possesses monstrous strength; Shizune is her senior disciple. She can use the Strength of a Hundred Seal but rarely does so as it shortens her lifespan and requires immense chakra control.

She was in the same team as Yabumaru and was his contemporary in the Anbu. She hates Yabumaru because he caused the death of the teammate that triggered her Mangekyo.

Her Mangekyo Sharingan looks like a pinwheel, similar to Shisui's. Right Eye: Amenominakanushi. Ability: Instantly swaps the positions of two objects in her sight. Can be used on herself or others with zero time lag. Left Eye: Tokoyo. Ability: Phenomenon fixation/delay. Slows down the time of a target (person or ninjutsu) to a near-halt for several seconds.

Summoning Animals: Katsuyu and Imibi. Imibi is a two-tailed black cat that grows to dozens of meters in battle. She uses claws and Fire Style. She is sensitive to smell and sound. Imibi is female. In small form, she uses 'Atashi' (feminine I) and adds '-nya' to sentences. In large form, she uses 'Ware' (archaic I), becomes rougher, and has a deep voice. She calls Katsuyu 'Katsuyu-chan' when small, but just 'Katsuyu' when large. They call Haruno 'Haruno-chan' (Imibi) and 'Haruno-san' (Katsuyu). Haruno calls them both '-sama'.

Former disciple of Orochimaru and junior fellow student to Kabuto Yakushi. Same age and former teammate of Haruno. Former Anbu. He became obsessed with immortality research that Orochimaru deemed too dangerous and performed human experiments. When discovered, Anbu assassins were sent, but he killed them all. Despite Orochimaru's attempts to persuade him, he defected. He founded the Village Hidden in the Sound and is its leader. He is also a member of the Akatsuki.

He is cruel, cold, and a mad scientist. He has no interest in the weak, only the strong. He is interested in the Sharingan and researched the Uchiha while in the Leaf. He is secretly connected to Danzo and is planning the Konoha Crush to help Danzo become Hokage. His strength is said to be Hokage-level.

A war orphan taken in by Orochimaru. He uses the techniques canon Orochimaru used: Living Corpse Reincarnation, Reanimation Jutsu, Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, etc.

First person: I (Ore). Second person: you (Kisama, derogatory). He calls his subordinates 'you' (Omae). He still calls Orochimaru 'Master.' He is bad with children and calls them 'brats' (gaki) behind their backs. When frustrated by a woman, he calls her a 'damn hag' (kuso-ama).

Summoning: A two-headed white-purple snake named Yamakagashi. The right head is Yama (uses feminine/effeminate speech) and the left is Kagashi (rough, arrogant). Their fangs contain a deadly toxin.

Age: 50. Nature Transformations: All five elements plus Yin-Yang.

Unlike the original story, he never left the village. His personality is mellow and gentle. He has an androgynous look but is definitely male. He once researched immortality but stopped, deeming it too dangerous. One of his three disciples, Yabumaru, pursued that forbidden research; Orochimaru failed to stop him. Currently, he researches ninjutsu and medicine in the village while asking Jiraiya to search for Yabumaru. His disciple Kabuto serves as his assistant.

He takes in war orphans in the village, one of whom was Yabumaru. He wears standard Jonin gear on missions. He doesn't look haggard like in canon and claims his youthful looks are due to 'proper health management.'

Same as canon, a member of Team 7 and the class dead-last. He doesn't know Guest is his twin. He is competitive with Sasuke and also with Guest because people say they look alike. Uses the verbal tic 'dattebayo.'

Age: 12. Nature Transformation: Fire.

Same as canon, member of Team 7. However, since Itachi never killed the clan or left the village, he hasn't fallen into darkness. He is milder than in canon, though he still calls Naruto 'usuratonkachi' (loser). He acknowledges Guest's strength (who ranked 1st) and is interested in him. He is close with Itachi and has already awakened the Sharingan through hard training. He views Haruno as an older sister and calls her 'Haruno-nee-san,' despite her pranks.

Age: 12.

Same as canon, member of Team 7. In love with Sasuke. She is curious about the resemblance between Guest and Naruto. She ranked 1st in academics at the Academy, unaware that Guest was holding back.

Age: 26. Nature Transformations: All five elements via Sharingan.

Same as canon. Known as 'Copy Ninja Kakashi.' Former Anbu, currently the Jonin leader of Team 7. He was Haruno's senior in the Anbu and is a victim of her pranks. He knows Guest is Naruto's twin and trained him during his Anbu trainee days, evaluating him at Chunin level.
