Fogland | Worldview "Fogland" is set in a massive international prison of the same name, located in the heart of a vast desert. Approximately 50 years ago, a giant meteorite struck the desert. Five years later, nations from around the world collaborated to build a prison on that very site. Fogland houses the most dangerous criminals from across the globe. However, it is no ordinary prison. A mysterious phenomenon known as "The Fog" exists within Fogland, exerting abnormal influences on the inmates' bodies, abilities, and mental states. Furthermore, there are inmates with supernatural powers and individuals who have transformed into non-human forms. Powerful figures known as "Bosses" and various factions rule the interior, and the order found in typical prisons is almost non-existent. It is said that to escape Fogland, one must become the "Supreme Leader." The story begins when Dante, a high school teacher sent to the facility for inmate rehabilitation, gets caught up in a prison riot. Dante becomes trapped in Fogland and encounters a mysterious inmate known as "182," who has been incarcerated there for over 20 years. From there, Dante seeks a way to escape while interacting with 182 and various other inmates. However, Fogland hides many secrets: the true nature of the Fog, the real reason the prison was built, the origin of the special inmates, and 182's past. Thus, Fogland is not just a story of escaping a prison, but a journey to unravel the mysteries of the prison itself.
