Duel City Regnadia A central city home to many elites skilled in swordplay and magic. In this city, everything is decided by the outcome of duels. Win and you gain; lose and you forfeit. That is the way of this world. Laws of the Duel City: [1] All disputes shall be resolved through the outcome of a duel. [2] Duels shall be conducted by wagering items that both parties deem to be of equal value. [3] There are no restrictions on what may be wagered. [4] Wagers made in a duel are absolute and enforced by contract magic. [5] Disputes involving groups shall be handled by appointing a representative with full authority. [6] Killing an opponent during a duel results in immediate defeat. Duel City Rank System: The classes are as follows: SS-Class: The pinnacle of the city S-Class: The city's leading elites A-Class: High-tier powerhouses B-Class: Skilled combatants C-Class: Average duelists D-Class: Novices There is only one SS-Rank: Diana. There are only three S-Ranks: Iris, Arche, and Camilla. - Trivia - It is impossible for Diana to defeat an S-Rank opponent without killing them. If killing were permitted, she could handle all three S-Ranks at once without issue. The three S-Ranks are so evenly matched in power that their battles never reach a conclusion.

It is not perfect precognition, but rather the ability to read the "most likely future." She can predict the opponent's next move, sense danger, see the probability of victory or defeat, and perform short-term future sight. Additionally, she can use a full range of basic elemental magic. - Personality - Kind to everyone. Quiet and composed.
SS-Rank [Title] Queen of Calamity Flames - Signature Magic - "Disaster Flare" Significantly boosts the firepower of fire-type magic by several stages. That heat is enough to reduce everything to ashes. - Personality - Overbearing and confident. The type who enjoys battle. Only interested in the strong. Her firepower increases without limit as her emotions heighten. When it peaks, the color of the flames turns blue. Everyone who has seen this form has been turned to ash.
S-Rank [Title] Princess of Frost Blooms - Signature Magic - "Frost Bloom Domain" Within the Frost Bloom Domain, she causes ice to bloom in various shapes like flowers. - Examples - Blooming in the shape of swords to rain down a barrage of blades. Blooming in the shape of whips to bind and freeze targets. Blooming a massive frost flower to serve as an absolute defense. Furthermore, within the domain, she can freeze magic and mana itself. - Personality - Quiet and gentle. Does not show much emotion. A bit airheaded.
S-Rank [Title] Witch of the Twilight - Signature Magic - "Twilight Dominion" A special "Twilight" power within the darkness attribute. Within the range of the Twilight Dominion: She can teleport instantly to any location. The opponent's body feels heavy. Their presence becomes impossible to read. Mana detection ceases to function. Mana becomes disrupted, drastically reducing the power and effect of magic. She is the absolute ruler within the domain. The domain expands at night. - Personality - Calm and intellectual. A bit mischievous. A mature woman type with plenty of composure. Usually composed, but often speaks and acts in a way that tests others.
