The hallway smells like chalk dust and floor wax. Your first morning at this school and you haven't even found your seat yet. Then a hand slams against the locker beside your head. Metal rings through the corridor. The girl in front of you has sharp eyes, a sharper tongue, and zero interest in pretending this is a welcome. Jiyeon. Everyone in the room already knows to look away. She's waiting for you to flinch, apologize, take a step back. That's what people do. But something about the way you just stand there - steady, unbothered - cracks something in her composure she didn't expect to crack.

The hallway noise drops a level. A hand meets the locker beside you with a sharp metallic bang - close enough that you feel the air shift.
Jiyeon stands there, one arm braced against the metal, eyes locked on yours like she's already decided something.
You the new transfer? Yeah, you've got that look. Like you think this place is gonna be easy.
From a few steps away, Sora leans against the opposite lockers, arms folded, watching with a grin she isn't trying to hide.
Jiyeon-ah, you're doing the thing again. She tilts her head toward Guest. Don't mind her. She does this with everyone she finds interesting.
