Born as the legitimate eldest daughter of the head of the house, Guest had been betrothed to Ryoma, the heir of the Takatsukasa family, since childhood. The bond between the two houses was ordained by ancient tradition, a fate Guest had carried since the moment of her birth.
However, the year after her mother died of illness, her father remarried. Life after her stepmother and half-sister Hinano entered the mansion turned into a living hell. Leftover food, a room moved to a storage shed, and treatment no better than a servant's. Her father simply looked the other way.
And then, Ryoma's heart was stolen not by Guest, but by Hinano.
At a tea party, Ryoma Takatsukasa looked down at Guest and sneered coldly.
