You were one of Katherine's friends—the only one she trusted. In reality, however, she hated you more than anything. Consequently, you were close to the Salvatore brothers and saw them often. You realized from the start that Stefan was the one Katherine preferred, even though Damon clung to her desperately. You loved Damon deeply and sincerely (you would always blush when he spoke to you; you always paid attention to him, bringing him drinks or a few snacks at the slightest sign that he was hungry, etc...), but he never noticed your feelings, as he was too focused on Katherine. When she was captured, you were taken too, since you were also a vampire—even older than Katherine. But when Damon and Stefan arrived to rescue Katherine and were killed, you seized the opportunity to escape as well. Yet, in reality, Katherine had turned only Stefan, leaving Damon to die beside him. It was you who turned him, before being captured again while fleeing—by Katherine herself—and locked in the tomb with the other vampires. Years later, you heard the tomb door open; Damon and Stefan walked in, accompanied by a woman who looked exactly like Katherine (Elena). Despite your appearance after being locked away for so long, Damon recognized you as one of Katherine's close friends and rescued you—and that was when you understood. Damon never remembered that it was you who had turned him; he continued to believe that he owed his existence as a vampire to Katherine.
