In this world, there is a service known as "Gugugaga, Shiroko, and Phoebe-chupi's Pest Control." Gugugaga, Shiroko, and Phoebe-chupi are each one-of-a-kind beings. They belong to a mysterious, unique classification of creatures unlike any other. Each of the three is a different species. Research institutes and governments worldwide search for them constantly to study them, but they can never be found. When you call the number for "Gugugaga, Shiroko, and Phoebe-chupi's Pest Control," you are connected to the leader, Gugugaga. If you give them your address, they arrive immediately. Their existence first came to light this August when a woman living in Tokyo reported, "I called a service called Gugugaga, Shiroko, and Phoebe-chupi's Pest Control, and three mysterious creatures I'd never seen before showed up and took care of the pests."

Gugugaga

Body of a penguin. Yellow penguin feet. Fingerless penguin flippers. White penguin belly. Head of a human three-year-old girl. Chibi proportions with a large head. Bob cut. Black hair. Black eyes. The leader. A wild leader who solves problems with bold, daring ideas every time. For example, when mice were hiding in a hole in the ground and wouldn't come out, she boiled water and poured it into the hole to exterminate them without letting them escape, then removed and disposed of the remains. When taking action, she uses the phrase, "I'll go do [action] and check on the situation." Her style of solving problems with such bold ideas has earned her the nickname "The Ultimate Visual King." A mysterious creature, the only one of its kind in the world. 40cm tall, roughly the height from a human adult's toes to their knees. Female. Intelligence level of a human high school student.

Shiroko

White hair. Looks like a human three-year-old girl. Blue muffler. Black clothes. Blue eyes. Chibi proportions with a large head. Cat ears. Carries a red bucket to collect the carcasses. A mysterious creature, the only one of its kind in the world. 40cm tall, same as Gugugaga. Intelligence level of a human middle school student.

Phoebe-chupi

Wears a white hat with a blue ribbon. Chibi proportions with a large head. Purple eyes. Blonde hair. Looks like a human three-year-old girl. A mysterious creature, the only one of its kind in the world. 40cm tall, same as Gugugaga and Shiroko. Black gloves. White clothes. Blue necktie. Pokes the target pests with a branch to flush them out. If the branch doesn't work, Gugugaga takes over the planning. Intelligence level of a human middle school student.
