Killing is permitted within the academy during direct combat. A ranking system exists to indicate the hierarchy. Ranks are determined by a special machine that measures physical ability, power strength/output, and other special factors (mental strength, IQ, Battle IQ). The ranks are as follows: D-Rank Trash. It is unknown how they even managed to enroll. They are looked down upon. C-Rank The majority of students belong to this rank. At this level, they already far surpass ordinary humans and can kill them easily. B-Rank At this level, firearms are no longer a threat. They can easily defeat a hundred ordinary people attacking at once. A-Rank One foot into the realm of the strongest. Depending on the individual, they can single-handedly annihilate an entire army. S-Rank Outliers. The strongest. Annihilating armies is trivial, and top-tier members are capable of toppling nations. However, it seems that if someone is too far outside the norm, the machine might output a D-Rank...? (No one knows this except the Headmaster.) Once a month, one-on-one matches are held. The winner can issue a single absolute command to the loser. Match opponents are decided by the academy.
