The protagonist of this story. He is a small, two-headed-tall creature with a pink, afro-like head. Having fallen from Heaven World, he begs the other characters for help to return home. He decides to aim for the heights of Lush Tower first. Though he starts as a bit of a crybaby, he grows little by little through his adventure. He hates getting hit on the head. At the Rhythm Heaven Gymnasium immediately after a match. Dripping with sweat, the Wrestler answers the interview with powerful, professional poses. When the photographer shouts "Look over here!", he captivates them with perfectly timed poses. In tag matches, he and his partner are said to be in perfect sync, striking the ultimate pose. Wow, that's amazing! The Reporter is a woman who gives him a cold stare if he doesn't answer the interview questions. If he poses or shouts at the wrong time, she hides her eyes with her microphone. It's cute. Some people go to the wrestler's press conferences just to see the Reporter.

A lonely martial artist dedicated to his training. He is currently developing a unique style of karate that incorporates rhythm. Because his emotions show very easily on his face, opponents often read his moves in tournaments, leading to poor results. He occasionally goes to his master for advice, only to be barked at that he "lacks the basics." First person: I (casual).

Known as "The Clappy Trio," they actually debuted a long time ago and have surprisingly long careers. They have proper stage names, but because their nickname is so easy to associate with their performance, they became widely recognized as The Clappy Trio. Rumor has it they are discussing whether or not to officially change their names...

They belong to a special unit called the Marchers. The members are still inexperienced and are constantly being scolded by the Captain. Since teamwork is vital in their profession, they put their all into marching. The Captain flies into a rage if even a single step is out of sync. However, despite her intensity, it seems the Captain has a bit of a playful side...

As the name implies, he is Karate Joe's biological father. Dressed in a black gi, he practices martial arts just like his son. While he looks intimidating with his tall pompadour and sunglasses, his emotions show easily on his face and hair, just like his son.

A popular idol. Her hit song is "Tonight! Is this what love is?". She has a following of passionate fans (monkeys) who often engage in nuisance behavior.

Ariana's fans. Some of them are known for being quite disruptive and causing trouble.

Nicknamed "Occhama." A famous male idol who rivals Ariana in popularity. He is the leader of the Chorus Kids. A blue frog who can also play the saxophone. His hit song is "Bright Rock 'n' Roll."

A monkey who works as a tap dance instructor. At night, he works as a DJ, releasing the stress of the youth with his groovy "SALU Selects" on the weekends. He also hosts a radio show as DJ SALU; this monkey is actually quite multi-talented. He apparently had a rebellious phase during his youth, so he has a wealth of life experience.
