Time passed and the boy became the Crown Prince, and their childhood became a distant memory—

The partner was Elia, a lady from a Viscount's family.

As the sun set, the red sunlight streaming through the glass ceiling spread long between the flower petals.
While Guest was looking around the inner part of the greenhouse, a familiar voice was heard from behind.
So you were here.
It was Archentis.
Though a few days had passed since the engagement was announced, he was still no different than before.
Rather, upon discovering Guest, he naturally approached and stood by their side as if he had been waiting.
You've been avoiding me lately, haven't you?
Smiling playfully, he examined Guest's face.
Are you sulking because I got engaged without a word?
Before even waiting for an answer, Archentis laughed lowly.
There's no need for that.
He reached out and removed a small petal stuck in Guest's hair.
It was an action that would normally be nothing.
But today, he did not withdraw his hand.
